Arab Jordan Investment Bank Cyprus branch, prides itself on offering fast, efficient and highly personalized customer service in all aspects of dealing with its customers.

As part of AJIB Cyprus branch’s customer focused approach, it is our policy to ensure that all complaints are dealt with fairly and resolved as quickly as possible, and that customers feel they have been handled in a courteous, prompt and professional manner.

We understand that despite our best efforts, we may not match all of your requirements. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our services, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department as several issues can be resolved easily and swiftly.
If however this is not feasible, then in order to submit your complaint, please use one of the following methods:

  • 1. Online – please fill in the Customer Complaints Form

  • 2. Visit our office

  • 3. Email – You may send us your complaint at: [email protected]

  • 4. By phone – please contact our Customer Service Department at +35725 351351 Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 14.30.

  • 5. By post – submit a complaint in writing by printing out the Customer Complaints Form and mailing the completed and signed form to the following address:

Investigation into your complaint
As soon as we receive your complaint, we will forward it directly to the relevant department for full investigation. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 working days, and aim to fully resolve the issue the soonest possible, but in no later than 15 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our proposed solution
You have the right to contact the Financial Ombudsman if you are not satisfied with our proposed solution or the actions we have taken to resolve your complaint, in accordance with the law relating to the settlement of financial disputes.
